失效分析与维护对策

摘要：炼铁高炉出铁口泥炮机对高炉生产至关重要，其长期处于高温高压且多尘的恶劣环

境，易出现粘着、磨粒、疲劳、氧化等多种磨损失效形式，原因包括环境恶劣、材料耐磨不足与

操作不当等。这不仅使设备性能下降，还增加高炉安全风险与维护成本，需通过优化设计、规范

操作管理、定期保养及采用先进技术应对。

术技Abstract:Theclaygunmachineattheirontappingholeoftheironmakingblastfurnaceiscrucial

forblastfurnaceproduction.Itisconstantlyinaharshenvironmentofhightemperature,highpressure

andheavydust,pronetovariouswearfailureformssuchasadhesivewear,abrasivewear,fatiguewear

andoxidativewear.Thereasonsincludeharshenvironment,insufficientwearresistanceofmaterialsand

improperoperation.Thisnotonlyleadstothedeclineofequipmentperformancebutalsoincreasesthe

safetyrisksandmaintenancecostsoftheblastfurnace.Itisnecessarytoaddresstheseissuesthrough

optimizeddesign,standardizedoperationmanagement,regularmaintenanceandtheapplicationof

advancedtechnologies.
