【摘要】随着建筑工程行业飞速发展，传统落后工程建设与设计工艺，极大限制了工程造价水平提升。文章研究了智能化技

术助力建筑工程造价专业优化的方法，在掌握当前建筑工程造价管理现状的基础上，从数据分析与成本预测、机器学习在

成本优化中的角色、人工智能与自动化决策支持系统三个方面，分析了智能化技术在建筑造价控制中的应用前景。同时，

强调了项目决策、工程设计、施工、竣工几个环节中，智能化技术在造价控制中的具体应用，有助于转变传统造价管理模

式，充分发挥智能化技术的应用价值，确保造价控制更加精准，助力建筑工程行业健康发展。
