OverviewScenario–BatchRecallThisscenarioismadeupofseveralbuildingblocks,whichcontainthepreconfigurationsettingsrequiredforthebatchrecallscenario.Buildingblockscanhelpyoutoimplementthesolutionandputintoproductionquickly.BusinessViewThebusinessviewshowsthebusinesspartnersparticipatinginthebatchrecallscenario,theentirescopeofthebusinessprocesses,andthebenefitsforthepartiesinvolved.Thisscenarioenactsabatchrecall.Adefectbatchisidentifiedandmustberecalledfromcustomersandprospectswhohavereceivedthebatch.Aprogramisexecutedtoidentifyallcustomerswhohavereceivedadefectbatch.Theuserthenchoosestheaddressesoftheappropriatecontactpersons,andthesystemprintsastandardlettertoeachcustomertoinformthemoftherecall.Thesubsequentactivitiesforeachcustomerarestoredinthesystem.Returndeliveriesarealsoenteredanddocumented,ifnecessary.Lastly,aqualityinspectiontakesplaceuponthereturnofthedefectbatch.
