[摘要]随着我国城市化进程的加快，人们对住宅品质的追求日益提升。为满足居民在居住环境、生活品质和智能

家居等方面的需求，住宅建筑电气设计需充分考虑楼宇智能化技术的应用。本文阐述了楼字智能化系统在住宅项目

中的核心涵盖内容,分别从居住者使用体验和物业管理后台运营两个维度，探究其实际应用方式与价值;同时结合

BII(建筑信息模型)与AI(人工智能)技术的融合应用，展现智能化技术的独特优势。通过多元技术的有机整合，不

仅显著提升了住宅的居住舒适度,更有效优化了居住品质，切实推动住宅建筑向绿色化、智能化方向发展。

Abstract:WiththeaccelerationofurbanizationinChina,peoplespursuitofresidentialqualityisconstantlyincreasing.Tomeettheresidents

demandsintermsoflivingenvironment,livingqualityandsmarthome,theelectricaldesignofresidentialbuildingsneedstofullyconsider

theapplicationofintelligentbuildingtechnology.Thisarticleexpoundsthecorecontentsofintelligentbuildingsystemsinresidentialprojects,

andexplorestheirpracticalapplicationmethodsandvaluesfromtwodimensions:theuserexperienceofresidentsandtheoperationofproperty

managementback-end.Atthesametime,itcombinestheintegratedapplicationofBIM(BuildingInformationModeling)andAI(Artificial

Intelligence)technologiestodemonstratetheuniqueadvantagesofintelligenttechnologies.Throughtheorganicintegrationofmultipletechnologies,

itnotonlysignificantlyimprovesthelivingcomfortofresidences,butalsoeffectivelyoptimizesthelivingquality,andtrulypromotesthedevelopment

ofresidentialbuildingstowardsgreenandintelligentdirections.
