【摘要】建材检测仪器设备的高效管理是保障建筑工程检测质量与效率的关键。本文结合智能化技术与智能仓储管

理理念，通过对多个应用案例的综合分析，阐述智能化在建材检测机构仪器设备管理中的应用现状，包括出入库管理、库存

管理、设备维护与校准、资源调度等方面所取得的成效，并深入探讨了当前面临的挑战以及未来的发展趋势，旨在为检测机

构借助智能化技术提升仪器设备管理水平提供全面的参考与指导。

【Abstract】Theefficientmanagementofbuildingmaterialstestinginstrumentsandequipmentisthekeyfactorin

ensuringthequalityandefficiencyofconstructionengineeringtesting.Integratingintelligenttechnologieswith

intelligentwarehousemanagementconcepts,thispaperexpoundedonthecurrentapplicationstatusofintelligencein

instrumentandequipmentmanagementwithinbuildingmaterialstestinginstitutionsthroughacomprehensiveanalysis

ofmultipleapplicationcases.Itcoverstheachievementsmadeininbound-outboundmanagement,inventorymanagement,

equipmentmaintenanceandcalibration,resourcescheduling,andotheraspects.Furthermore,itconductedanin-depth

explorationofthecurrentchallengesandfuturedevelopmenttrends,aimingtoprovidecomprehensivereferencesand

guidancefortestinginstitutionstoenhancetheirinstrumentandequipmentmanagementlevelbyleveragingintelli‐

genttechnologies.
