智能建造技术在高层住宅施工中的应用研究

摘要：随着建筑行业向智能化、数字化方向发展，智能建造技术在高层住宅施工中的应用日益广泛。通过

系统分析智能建造技术体系及其基本原理，探讨了高层住宅施工的特点和传统施工方式存在的主要问题。

结合当前工程实践，研究了建筑信息模型（BuildingInformationModeling，BIM）技术在施工全过程中的应用，

分析了人工智能与物联网技术的协同作用，以及机器人施工与3D打印技术在高层住宅建造中的实践探索，

以期有效解决高层住宅施工存在的诸多问题，为行业发展提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Withthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustrytothedirectionofintelligenceanddigitalization,the

applicationofintelligentconstructiontechnologyinhigh-riseresidentialconstructionisbecomingincreasingly

widespread.Bysystematicallyanalyzingtheintelligentconstructiontechnologysystemanditsbasicprinciple,thispa⁃
