基于“1＋N＋X”模式的工程咨询数智化

管理平台构建与实践

摘要：针对工程管理碎片化痛点，构建“1＋N＋X”架构的数字化平台。集成建筑信息模型（building

informationmodeling，BIM）、物联网（internetofthings，IoT）、人工智能（artificialintelligence，AI）技术，贯通

旁站管理、危大工程管控等全流程业务闭环，实现信创适配与智能工具协同。依托标准化实施流程、风险应对策略

及组织保障，推动技术与业务深度融合。该平台通过数据驱动重塑管理逻辑，压缩旁站周期79%、提升危大工程辨

识准确率30个百分点，为工程建设领域数字化转型提供了可复制的实践范式。
