“数商兴农”背景下贵州省农村电商高质量

发展路径探析

摘要

“数商兴农”为农业农村数字化发展提供了支持，在此背景下贵州省农村电商发展规模不断壮大、发展

实效不断提升。本研究从“数商兴农”政策角度出发，分析“数商兴农”适配农村电商高质量发展的耦

合机制、逻辑缘起与发展机制，在深度分析目前贵州省农村电商发展成效的基础上，针对贵州省农村电

商发展过程中的困境，提出了完善农村电商底层支撑、建立一体化农村电商体系、创新农村电商发展机

制、打造区域联结机制突出地区特色、强化农村电商人才队伍建设的高质量发展路径。
