《脾胃论》所载中药的药性及资源特点分析

[摘要]目的探讨中医经典临床著作《脾胃论》所载中药药性理论和中药资源特点，为临床用药提供参考。方法收集《脾

胃论》方剂中所记载的中药，建立相应数据库，分析所载中药药性理论，用现代中药资源学方法分析资源特点。结果63

首复方共105味中药，有甘草、人参、陈皮等16味高频中药。温性药物最多，占比46.67%；辛味药物占比39.74%；归

脾经药物最多，占比53.53%；毒性药物使用较少。结论《脾胃论》所载药物94%以上目前临床还在应用，补虚药、解

表药和理气药的运用对临床指导意义极大。

[Abstract]ObjectiveToexplorethetheoryofthedrugpropertyandresourcecharacteristicscontainedintheclassicclinical

workoftraditionalChinesemedicineTreatiseontheSpleenandStomach,providingreferencesfortheclinicaluseofmedicines.

MethodsChineseherbalmedicinesrecordedintheprescriptionsofTreatiseontheSpleenandStomachwerecollectedandto

establishacorrespondingdatabase.Thetheoryofdrugpropertyrecordedwasanalyzed,andresourcecharacteristicswere

analyzedbymethodsofmodernChinesemedicinalresourcescience.ResultsAtotalof63prescriptionsofTreatiseontheSpleen

andStomachwerecollected,involving105Chinesemedicines.HighfrequencyChinesemedicineinclude16kindsofdrugssuch

asGancao,RenshenandChenpietal.Thewarm-naturedChinesemedicinewere
