中国标准化人才需求调研及分析

摘要:我国标准化人才培养起步较晚,存在基础薄弱、体系不健全、发展方向不明确等问题。为深入了解标准化人才需求

的分布及职责,开展需求驱动、目标导向的针对性标准化人才培养,本文运用网络爬虫技术,获取了51job、猎聘网、boss直

聘、智通人才网等招聘网站标准化人才需求数据,从岗位分布、岗位职责和职位能力三个方面对数据进行了统计及相关性分

析,充分解析了社会及企业对标准化人才的需求特点,为我国高校标准专业建设及人才培养方案制定提供了参考。
