颅内压监测在神经重症监测中的效果分析

【摘要】目的 以神经重症患者为例，行颅内压监测，分析效果。方法 以2023年1月至2023年12月仙游县总医院神经外科收治

的78例神经重症患者为研究对象，以入院病房单双号为分组区别，划分为对照组（常规监测）与观察组（颅内压监测），各39例。

比较两组患者的脑灌注压、恢复情况[格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）、格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）]、临床指标（甘露醇使用时间、甘

露醇用量、头部CT复查次数、入住ICU时间、住院时间）、不良反应发生率情况。结果 监测后，观察组患者脑灌注压比对照组高

（＜0.05）；监测后，观察组患者GCS、COS评分比对照组高（＜0.05）；观察组临床指标均优于对照组（＜0.05）；观察组

不良反应发生率低于对照组（＜0.05）。结论 在神经重症患者中，通过应用颅内压监测，效果较好。
