一种新型AGV驱动单元的设计分析

摘要:

以重载AGV使用需求和设计参数为基准,设计并建立了差速自动导引车轮组的三维模型。将轮组模型简化后对其

进行模态分析,考察其是否会因电动机等激励产生共振。而后对各个行驶工况的受力情况和应力应变进行了分析,计算轮

组受力与变形。考察AGV是否符合设计要求。计算结果表明:AGV轮组的6阶都明显高于常见激励范围,符合使用条件。在

多种工况下的轮组受力和变形表现良好,符合设计和使用要求。
