摘:

基于LabVIEW为控制系统的列车电制动试验台的设计方案,对多种传感器的信号进行收集和处理,利用飞轮组和

负载电动机模拟列车的惯性和阻力。列车制动过程中,飞轮储能装置通过再生制动储存能量然后再利用,提高整个过程的

能量利用率,纯电制动技术具有更大的环保和提高制动系统寿命的意义。

Abstract院ThispaperproposesadesignschemeoftheelectricbraketestbenchforthetrainbasedonLabVIEWasthe

controlsystem.Thesignalsofvarioussensorsarecollectedandprocessed,andtheinertiaandresistanceofthetrainare

simulatedbytheflywheelgroupandtheloadmotor.Intheprocessoftrainbraking,flywheelenergystoragedevicestores

energythroughregenerativebrakingandthenusesittoimprovetheenergyutilizationrateofthewholeprocess.Thepure

electricbraketechnologyhasgreaterenvironmentalprotectionandthesignificanceofimprovingthelifeofthebrake

system.
