步骤二：1.拆除如下图二中光学单元，光学单元与升降机固定架之间通过四个螺丝固定，需

将本部分拆除，即可拿下光学单元。松动螺钉时务必扶好光学单元，防止其滑落。（注意该

处螺丝拆下时按照顺时针旋转）

2.升降机构也是由四颗螺钉固定，螺钉处于下面板的约三分之一和三分之二

步骤三：1.如下图三拆除电动支架及铝型材，电动支架由四颗螺钉固定在铝型材上，螺钉位

置在槽卡内，必要时需要移动槽内滑轨才可以看到螺。

2.拆除铝型材，铝型材由两端两颗螺钉固定

3.分别拆除机柜安装组件。

Step2:1.RemovetheopticalunitasshowninFigure2.Theopticalunitisfixedtotheliftingmechanismframewithfour

screws.Thissectionmustberemovedtotakeofftheopticalunit.Whenlooseningthescrews,makesuretoholdtheoptical

uit

ntopreventitfromslipping.(Notethat

thescrewsshouldberemovedinaclockwisedirection)

2.Theliftingmechanismisalsosecuredbyfourscrews,locatedatapproximatelyone-thirdand

two-thirdsalongthebottompanel.

Stepthree:1.Asshowninthethirddiagram,removetheelectricbracketandaluminumprofi.Theelectricbracketis

securedtothealuminumprofibyfourscrews,whicharepositionedintheslotclips.Itmaybenecessarytomovetheslide

railswithintheslottoseethescrews.

2.Removethealuminumprofi,whicharesecuredbytwoscrewsateachend.

3.Disassemblethecabinetinstallationcomponentsseparately.
