摘要

信息化的浪潮滚滚而来，高科技领域的信息化差不多深进部署，以信息化带工作业化，以工业化促进信息化的时代号角，引领传统的企业也将建立企业信息化治理作为企业的核心竞争力。

本论文首先阐述了企业生产治理的大背景，介绍了企业ERP治理系统的现状。其次分析企业的业务流程，阐述了企业生产治理的功能需求和对软硬件的性能需求。然后具体分析了生产治理系统中各个功能模块和数据设计，最后提出如何构建一个满足企业生产治理需求的生产谋划治理系统和具体实现。
