“00后”大学生思想行为特点与心理健康研究

摘要

本文深入分析了当前大学生群体的思想行为特质及其心理健康状态，并阐明了这两方面之间复杂的内在

联系。研究表明，00后大学生展现出了思想的多元性、个性的鲜明性以及显著的竞争性和功利性取向。

这些特点既促进了他们的创新思维和批判能力的发展，同时也可能导致个人主义倾向的加剧、对虚拟世

界的过度沉溺，以及不恰当的竞争态度和功利心理。此外，大学生普遍面临着较高的心理压力，包括自

我认知的不确定性和人际交往的紧张等问题，这些都是心理教育需要关注的课题。

Abstract

Thispaperdeeplyanalyzesthecharacteristicsofthoughtandbehaviorandthestateofmental

healthofthecurrentcollegestudents,andclarifiesthecomplexinternalrelationshipbetweenthese

twoaspects.Theresearchshowsthat“post-00”collegestudentsshowthediversityofthought,the

brightnessofpersonalityandthesignificantcompetitiveandutilitarianorientation.Thesecharac-

teristicsnotonlypromotethedevelopmentoftheirinnovativethinkingandcriticalability,but
