付款条款：付款计划如下：

时间表将如下所示：

o在完成室内设计并提交给BMO时支付10%的金额o在完成25%工程后支付25%的

金额o在完成50%工程后支付25%的金额o在完成75%工程后支付20%的金额o在

工程实际完工时支付10%的金额o在工程实际完工时发现并整改后支付5%的金

额o保留5%的款项，为期12个月，以备在责内出现任何进行整改

工作认证：NCO项目经理或其指定的代表将认证所有工作完成。
