摘要：本文阐述了影响气体分馏装置正常运行的多种问题，对问题深入的分析并提出应对策略，通过对空冷器改造解决了管道泵抽空的

问题，通过对凝结水管线添加气动泵解决了水击问题，优化操作解决了压缩机停机时氮气窜入系统及丙烯塔并机困难的问题，循环水回水

线增加调节阀解决脱乙烷塔顶冷凝器操作不便的问题，返塔线加入阻聚剂改善了脱戊烷塔结焦的问题，为气体分馏装置的平稳运行打下基

础，保障了下游装置的原料供应。

Abstract：Thispaperexpoundsvariousproblemsaffectingthenormaloperationofthegasfractionationunit,analyzestheproblemsindepth

andputsforwardcountermeasures,solvestheproblemofpipelinepumpevacuationbyreformingtheaircooler,solvestheproblemofwaterhammer

byaddingapneumaticpumptothecondensatewaterline.Thecontrolvalveisaddedtothecirculatingwaterreturnlinetosolvetheproblemof

inconvenientoperationofthecondenseronthetopofthedeethanizer.Thepolymerizationinhibitorisaddedtothereturnlinetoimprovethecoking

problemofthedepentanizer,layingafoundationforthestableoperationofthegasfractionationunitandensuringthesupplyofrawmaterialsforthe

downstreamunit.
