BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Rhod-2(solution)是⼀种⾼亲和可见光激发波长的Ca2+(钙离⼦)荧光探针，Rhod-2AM是Rhod-2的⼄酰甲

酯衍⽣物，具有细胞膜通透性，简单培养即可轻松进⼊细胞。⼀旦进⼊细胞，被其乳糖酶剪切产⽣⽆膜渗透性

的Rhod-2，留在细胞内执⾏相应的⽣理功能。最⼤激发/发射波长:549/578nm。

Dilutethestocksolutioninserum-freecellculturemediumorPBS.Thecorrespondingstocksolutioncanbe

dilutedaccordingtotheactualsituation.NotethatifthesolventisDMSO,thecytotoxicityofDMSOmustbe

considered,andasolventcontrolshouldbeprepared;ifthesolventispurewater,theworkingsolutionneeds

tobefilteredandsterilizedbeforeaddingcells.
