针对正面碰撞中发动机罩板结构进行仿真分析。发动机罩板是汽车正面碰撞中关键吸能部件之一,其变形吸能效

Abstract:Thesimulationanalysisofthehoodplatestructureinfrontalcollisioniscarriedout.Thehoodplateisoneof

thekeyenergyabsorbingcomponentsinthefrontalcollisionofthecar.Thedeformationenergyabsorptioneffecthasan

importantinfluenceonthecollisionofthecollisionbodyandensuringthesafetyoftheoccupant.Inthispaper,threeinner

hoodplateswithdifferentstructuresarecomparedandanalyzed.Thegeometricmodelispre-processedbyANSAsoftware,

andthecollisionfiniteelementmodelisbuiltandcalculated.Combiningitsdeformationandenergyabsorptioneffectsand

theinfluenceonothercomponents,itisconcludedthatstructureAisthebestchoiceamongthem.
