BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性SV119hydrochloride是⼀种sigma-2配体，Ki值为5.2nM。SV119hydrochloride增强了药物在癌细胞质膜

上的⾼效运输。dm-Erastin与SV119hydrochloride的结合成功克服了在胰腺癌中观察到的内化障碍，同时保

留了Erastin(HY-15763)的固有抗肿瘤活性。此外，SV119hydrochloride对三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)细胞显⽰出

细胞毒性作⽤，并诱导凋亡(apoptosis)。
