电动汽车减速驱动轮毂电动机散热设计及分析

摘要:

为了解决电动汽车减速驱动型轮毂电动机散热条件差、温升高等问题,文中设计一种端面水冷冷却结构,用于轮

毂电动机系统。首先利用有限元方法与电磁学理论计算电动机内部损耗,确定其自然散热条件下的温度场分布;并基于流

热固耦合方法,以电动机绕组最高温度和冷却水道压降为评价指标,针对该冷却结构采用正交试验法分析不同冷却液进口

流速、水道齿数、截面宽度、弯道圆角对轮毂电动机冷却散热效果的影响,并进行参数优化。结果表明:该冷却结构降温效果

受进口流速影响最大,受弯道圆角影响最小,冷却效果可达24.1%;通过分析正交试验数据,对参数组合进行优化,可进一

步降低4.6%温升,为减速驱动轮毂电动机冷却散热研究提供新的方案。
