基于有限元分析的打磨机器人设计与性能研究

摘要:
基于CAD和CAE技术设计出一种高效率、高精度的新型打磨机器人。通过SolidWorks软件建立了打磨机器人的三维
模型,然后对其进行数值模拟。根据静力学研究求得最大应力和最大变形;根据模态分析求得前6阶固有频率和振型。结果表
明,该打磨机器人满足刚度和强度要求。
