硅钙塑片材制备方法及其拉伸强度分析

摘要：探究常温状态下影响硅钙塑片材拉伸强度的因素，综合考虑拉伸强度、材料特性、材料成本对于硅钙塑材料生产上

的影响，制作出可以满足生产的硅钙塑片材。设计碳酸钙、硅藻土、增塑剂三因素并且含量不同的西水平韵正交试验，按照

电子万能实验机上进行拉伸强度实验，研究碳酸钙、硅藻土、增塑剂对硅钙塑片材拉伸强度的影晌．分别与目标拉伸强度

超过了10MPa。这种硅钙塑材料在拉伸强度、材料特性、成本方面具有很大的优势，可以用到簪产E：
