DCC在某舰炮炮闩撞击精度设计中的应用

摘要：

通过应用DCC尺寸链计算及公差分析软件对某舰炮炮闩撞击精度设计进行校核，获得炮弹底火最大极限深度，探

索计算机辅助精度设计软件在舰炮精度设计中的应用。DCC软件的分析过程遵循尺寸链计算规范，可以综合运用极值法、

概率法和蒙特卡洛仿真法的计算方法，同时对形位公差的精度影响进行了智能化处理，大幅提升了精度设计的能级、效率

及准确性。

Abstract:ThispaperusesDCCdimensionalchaincalculationandtoleranceanalysissoftwaretochecktheimpact

accuracydesignofanavalgunbreectoobtainthemaximumlimitdeptoftheshellsbottomfire,andtoexplorethe

applicationofcomputer-aidedaccuracydesignsoftwareintheaccuracydesignofnavalguns.Theanalysisprocessofthe

DCCsoftwarefollowsthecalculationspecificationofthedimensionalchain,whiccancomprehensivelyusethe

calculationmethodsofextremevaluemethod,probabilitymethodandMonteCarlosimulationmethod,andatthesame

timeintelligentlyhandletheinfluenceoftheaccuracyoftheshapeandpositiontolerance.Theenergylevel,efficiencyand

accuracyofprecisiondesignaregreatlyimproved.
