“三全育人”视角下心理育人路径分析

摘要

生活节奏的加快以及社会竞争的加剧使得大学生面临更多的压力和挑战，心理健康问题逐渐凸显。根据

2022年我国国民心理健康的总体状况：“青年群体、低收入群体心理健康风险较高，抑郁与焦虑风险检

出高于其他群体”。由此可见，大学生心理问题已然成为整个社会关注的热点话题。“三全育人”为高

校的心理健康教育提供了新的工作路径和方法。“三全育人”强调全方位关注学生的发展，需要将立德

树人作为高校培养学生的根本目标。本文通过心理健康教育的案例，引出心理健康教育重要性，从而探

讨心理健康教育的实施路径。
