摘要

煤制甲醇生产工艺是一种以煤为原料进行甲醇生产的工艺流程。在国际原油价格

不断攀升的环境下，甲醇作为多种有机产品的基本原料和重要溶剂，受到众多投资者

的关注。

通过查阅资料及分析，采用德国Lurgi公司开发的低压合成法，以煤作为原料，

进行年产50万吨的甲醇生产的工艺设计，包括原料气的制备、合成工艺设计以及粗产

品的精制工艺设计。同时，参考相关的资料和标准对合成工段和精馏工段的设备和管

道进行了合理布局，并编制了设备一览表，物料流程图，工艺管道及仪表流程图，设

备平面布置图。
