摘要

随着科学技术的发展，我们的生活发生了巨大的变化。一个智能化、自动化

的社会已经开始呈现于我们的眼前，这为我们提供了非常多的便利。其中自动门就

是自动化进程中的一个典型代表，此设计就是运用所学的知识，结合实际需要而进

行研究的。

为了增强自动门运行的可靠性,提出了一种以S7-200可编程序控制器(PLC)为

核心的自动门控制系统。分析了该控制系统的工作原理,描述了系统的硬件组成,介

绍了人体感应探测、自动门运行位置检测、门运行障碍检测等控制电路的工作过程,

对PLC的选型及I/O点的确定进行了说明。

合PLC的运行特点，对控制系统的工作流程作了合理的优化。在此基础上，

给出了控制系统软件设计的程序流程图、顺序功能图、外部端子接线图及PLC控制

梯形图等。本设计介绍应用可编程控制器取代传统的继电器、接触器控制系统，实

现自动门控制的过程。

Abstract

Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,greatchangeshave

takenplaceinourlife.Anintelligent,automationhasbegantoappear

infrontofus,whichprovidesgreatconvenienceforus.Atypical

representativeoftheautomaticdoorisintheprocess

ofautomation,thisdesignistheuseofknowledge,combinedwiththe

actualneedsofthe.

Inordertoenhancethereliabilityoftheautomaticdoor

system,presentsaS7-200programmablecontroller(PLC)asthecore

oftheautomaticdoorcontrolsystem.Analysisoftheworking

principleofthecontrolsystem,describesthehardwarecompositionof

thesystem,introducesthehumandetection,position

detection,automaticdoorsystemdetectionandcontrolcircuitof

thedooroperationprocess,determinetheselectionandI/Oof

PLCaredescribed.

TheoperationcharacteristicsofPLC,thereasonable

optimizationoftheworkflowcontrolsystem.Onthisbasis,given

thefunctionoforderflowchart,programcontrolsystemsoftware

designdiagram,externalcontrolterminalwiringdiagramand

PLCladderdiagrametc..Thisdesignintroducestheapplication
