基于可靠性预测的机加生产线故障预测

摘要：

针对机加生产线不能精确预测故障的出现时间及概率问题，提出一种更符合实际的基于可靠性预测的机加生产

线故障预测。文中对生产线的故障维修数据进行分析研，以单设备可靠性预测为基础，引入并构建机加生产线的串联系

统可靠性预测模型，通过MATLAB对预测模型进行计算仿真，在可靠性预测的基础上实现对生产线的故障预测。对某军工

企业的机加生产线进行实例分析，验证该方法能够准确地对设备以及生产线进行可靠性预测和故障预测。

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemthatmachiningproductionlinecannotaccuratelypredicttheoccurrencetimeand

probabilityoffaults,amorepracticalfaultpredictionbasedonreliabilitypredictionisproposed.Thispaperanalyzesthefault

maintenancedataoftheproductionline.Basedonthereliabilitypredictionofsingleequipment,thereliabilityprediction

modeloftheseriessystemofthemachineproductionlineisintroducedandconstructed.Thepredictionmodeliscalculated

andsimulatedbyMATLAB,andthefaultpredictionoftheproductionlineisrealizedonthebasisofreliabilityprediction.A

casestudyofthemachiningproductionlineofamilitaryenterpriseiscarriedouttoverifythatthemethodcanaccurately

predictthereliabilityandfaultoftheequipmentandproductionline.
