摘要

随着社会的发展，人们的物质文化需求也在不断地增加，酒类饮料作为人们

最喜爱的饮料之一，其需求量也与日俱增，有需求就会有供给，因此刺激了酒类

饮料的生产。啤酒生产商想方设法提高产量，降低生产成本。在这种刺激下啤酒

生产设备不断更新换代，洗瓶机也随之发展。

本文根据啤酒瓶清洗工作流程，设计了一种高效洗瓶机。本洗瓶机完成五个

功能动作：其一、间歇性进料；其二、推动瓶子前进；其三，使瓶子旋转；其四，

清洗瓶子外外表；其五清洗瓶子内外表。经过分析比较，对各功能要求提出了可

行性机构：间歇性进料采用槽轮机构；推动瓶子前进采用凸轮连杆机构；使瓶子

旋转采用链轮传动双辊机构；清洗外外表采用齿轮传动毛刷的机构；清洗内外表

在推杆上通入气压，并配合软质毛刷的结构。然后将各机构综合起来，并用齿轮

及链轮将其传动。

使用本文所设计的啤酒瓶清洗机，结构简单可行，生产成本低，生产效率高。

mechanism;thebottlerotationwithsprocketdrivedoubleroller

mechanism;cleaningoutersurfaceadoptsgeartransmissionmechanismof

cleaningbrush;theinnersurfaceofthepushrodintotheair,andwith
