PartOne:BriefIntroduction

1.1SafetyPrecaution

Forsafeandreliableuseofmoistureanalyzer,pleaseobservethefollowing

preventivemeasures:

•Pleasemakesurethereisenoughspacearoundmoistureanalyzer,atleast1meter

spaceonthetopofthemoistureanalyzer.

Moistureanalyzerforheatingmode!

•Donotputanycombustiblematerialsonthetop,bottomorsideofthemoisture

analyzer.

•Intheprocessofusingmoistureanalyzer,becarefultomovethetestsample.

Samples,heatingelementsandthesurroundingmaybeveryhot,easytocauseburns,

partofthesampleneedtobeparticularlycautious.

•Foranysamplematerialwithsafetyhazard,pleaseconsideringthepossible

dangerousconsequencescarefully.

•Fire/Explosion:Containingsolvent,flammableorexplosivesampleswillproduce

flammableorexplosivegasorsteamwhenareheated.Pleaseworkunderthe

environmentwithdryandlowtemperaturetoavoidfireandexplosionintheuseof

suchsamples.

•Toxic/Combustible:Sampleswithtoxicorcombustiblecomponents

couldonlybedriedinsideventilatingcabinet.

•Corrosion:Samplescontainingcorrosivesolventwillevaporateonceheatedand

generatecorrosivegasatthesametime,sowesuggesttakeasmallamountof

materialfortesting.

1.2Environmentalrequirements

Toimprovetheweighingstabilityandtheaccuracyoftestingresult,thehalogen

moistureanalyzershouldbeusedundertheconditionofconventionallaboratoryor

industrialmeteringroom.

A.Ambienttemperatureshouldbebetween5℃~35℃,humidityshouldbecontrolled

below85%;

B.Theinstrumentshouldbeplacedonastationary,fixedgroundedtable

(recommendedtobeplacedonamarbleplatform),thetable
