6S管理模式在消化内镜中心护理管理中的应用

效果分析

[摘要]目的探究6S管理模式应用于消化内镜中心护理管理工作中的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年

6月江苏省盱眙县人民医院内镜中心在6S管理实施前的122件消化内镜、8名护理人员为对照组，选取2022

年7月—2023年8月实施6S管理后的122件消化内镜、同一批护理人员为观察组，对比两组器械清洗合格率

及护理人员考核成绩。结果观察组器械清洗合格率高于对照组，观察组护理人员理论及实操考核成绩均高

于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均0.05）。结论6S管理模式的应用有助于提高消化内镜中心护理管理质

量，提高护理人员的护理水平。
