摘要:

摘要:摆线针轮传动机构是RV减速器最为关键的部分,摆线轮和针轮接触的静态和动态分析是研究摆线针轮传动的基

础。基于赫兹接触理论和摆线针轮啮合原理,针对摆线全齿接触的特点,研究了摆线针轮静态和动态情况下的啮合特点及规律。在考虑针齿半径误差和针齿安装误差的情况下,应用正交试验的方法研究相同初始间隙下不同修形参数对摆线针轮啮合接触特征的影响,得出接触状态下角传动误差和最大接触载荷的发展规律。结果表明:针齿的半径误差和位置误差对于同等初始间隙下的角传动误差为非关键影响因素;在同等初始间隙下,当存在针齿半径和位置误差时,对接触载荷影响程度依次是:针齿半径误差>针齿径向误差>针齿角度误差。
