基于Fluent的活性炭箱内气体流场的分析

摘要：废气净化活性炭箱常用于废气处理中，活性炭箱中的均风板对气体在活性炭箱中的均匀分布有很大的影响。为了设计出最合适的均风板，运用数值模拟的方法分析气体经过均风板后的速度分布情况，应用Fluent软件对模型进行求解，得到活性炭箱内气体的速度云图和速度均匀系数。通过分析速度云图和速度均匀系数，找到使气体分布更加均匀的均风板，提高了活性炭箱对废气的净化效率。分析结果显示，该方法找到了一种适合均风板方案，提高了箱内气体均匀分布的程度，废气接触活性炭的概率大大增加，提高了废气的净化效率，能够满足实际应用需求。
