网板成型机插丝盒系统设计

摘要：根据钢丝网板加工工艺过程，设计了一种自动化钢丝网板插丝机系统。在插丝系统结构中，料盒起到至关重要的作用，通过仔细分析插丝的特点和插丝过程，设计了4种料盒结构，经过试验，最终采用最优设计。在插丝过程中，进行了

3000余次生产试验，网板成型机整机正常运作率为94.30%。当某料盒发生故障时，整机不停机率为5.37%，整机停机率为

0.33%。该设备实现了钢丝网架聚苯板的自动化生产，使插丝机系统能够自动、安全、稳定、高效地运行。

Abstract:Accordingtotheprocessengineeringofsteelmeshplate,anautomaticwireinsertingmachinesystemforsteelmeshplateisdesigned.Inthestructureofwireinsertingsystem,thematerialboxplaysanimportantrole.Bycarefullyanalyzingthecharacteristicsofwireinsertingandtheprocessofwireinserting,fourkindsofmaterialboxstructuresaredesigned.Afterexperiments,theoptimaldesignisfinallyadopted.Intheprocessofinsertingwire,morethan3000productiontestsarecarriedout,andthenormaloperationrateofthewholemachineis94.30%.Whenamaterialboxbreaksdown,thenon-stoprateofthewholemachineis5.37%,andthestoprateofthewholemachineis0.33%.Theequipmentrealizestheautomaticproductionofsteelwiremeshpolystyreneboard,andmakesthewireinsertingmachinesystemrunautomatically,safely,stablyandefficiently.
