人工智能专业体系建设探索

摘要：随着人工智能上升为国家发展战略，新一代人工智能的发展由从前的暗潮涌动逐

渐呈现出声势浩大的趋势。高等教育服务于新时代国家发展、社会需要，加快人工智能专业建

设工作亟为迫切。文章分析了高等教育建设人工智能专业进行人才培养的充分必要性，旨在促

进现代高等教育与时代发展齐驱并进。围绕如何培养下一代的学术精英人才、行业领军人物这

一主题，系统阐释了在计算机学科大类之下新增人工智能专业，揭示专业内涵，细化培养目

标，阐释课程架构，确保师资队伍建设和软硬件资源投入，构建出一整套人工智能专业人才培

养体系。

Abstract：Withthepromotionofartificialintelligenceasanationaldevelopmentstrategy，the

developmentofthenewgenerationofartificialintelligencehasgraduallyshownathunderoustrend

fromthepreviousundercurrentsurges.Itisurgenttoacceleratetheconstructionofartificial

intelligencespecialtybasedonthathighereducationservesnationalandsocialdevelopmentinthe

modernera.Thispaperanalyzesthesufficiencyandnecessityofartificialintelligencespecialty

constructionandtalentcultivationinhighereducation，whichaimstopromotethedevelopmentof

ofacademicelitesandindustryleaders，thispapersystematicallyelucidatesthenewAIspecialty

underthegeneralcategoryofcomputerscience，revealstheconnotationofthespecialty，refines

thetrainingobjectives，explainsthecurriculumstructureandensuresthefacultyconstructionandthe

inputofsoftwareandhardwareresources，whichbuildacompleteAIprofessionaltalenttraining

system.

一、概述

自2006年以来，人工智能（artificialintelligence，AI）的发展迎来了第三次浪潮。谷歌、

IBM、百度、腾讯等商业巨头的参与，使得人工智能方向的科学研究从学术界的沙盘模拟演变

为大规模团体实战[1]。2017年是中国人工智能战略驱动的最为关键的一年。3月，人工智能首

次被写入政府工作报告。7月，国务院重点指出人工智能技术和产业的发展规划，即推动新一

代人工智能技术的产业化与集成应用，发展高端智能产品，提升智能制造水平[2]。10月，十

九大报告指出促进人工智能和实体经济深度融合的战略方针。12月，工信部印发促进新一代

人工智能产业发展的三年行动计划，旨在加快制造强国和网络强国建设。这一系列政策与方针

都将人工智能作为重要的国家科技战略规划，为人工智能的发展布局提供了明确的时间表和路

线图。

人工智能在国家战略层面地位已然举足轻重。人工智能方面的人才需要掌握系统而庞大的
