外剥联合自动痔核套扎术在混合痔治疗中的应用疗效分析

摘要：目的分析外剥联合自动痔疮套扎术治疗混合痔的效果。方法选取2022年8月至2024年8

月中山市南区医院收治的50例混合痔患者，随机数字表法分为两组各25例。对照组实施外剥内扎术，观

察组实施外剥联合自动痔核套扎术，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、首次排便时间、

肉芽生长时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有显著性（＜0.01）。观察组患者术后静息、

收缩状态肛门括约肌最大压力均高于对照组，差异均有显著性（P＜0.001）。观察组患者术后6h、12h、

1d及3d的疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异均有显著性（＜0.01）。观察组患者无并发症，对照组患者出现

2例创缘水肿、1例尿潴留，两组患者并发症总发生率差异无显著性（=3.192，=0.074）。结论外剥联

合自动痔核套扎术的开展，可改善混合痔患者的肛门功能，降低不良反应发生风险，减轻围手术期疼痛。
