一次面漆缩孔的案例分析

摘要：汽车涂层对车身兼具防护、装饰及其特殊作用，但涂层缺陷会严重削弱其性能。漆

面缩孔作为一种常见的缺陷，对汽车涂装行业造成极大的困扰，主要体现在缩孔原因排查周

期，缩孔导致的返修经济损失大，缩孔导致的停线打乱经营计划影响产品交付等。文章从

环境、材料、工艺、设备等方面进行了大量现场实验和排查，为缩孔的排查出了具体的思

路和方法，同时发现了防火布的硅橡胶粉末会引起缩孔，同时揭示了其致孔的条件。该发现

将填补硅橡胶粉末与漆面缩孔关联性的研究空白。

Abstract:Whileautomotivecoatingsserveprotective,decorative,andotherspecificfunctionsfor

thevehiclebody,coatingdefectscanseverelycompromisetheirperformance.Paintshrinkage,asa

commondefect,posessignificantchallengestotheautomotivecoatingindustry.Thesechallengesare

primarilyreflectedintheextendedinvestigationcyclerequiredtoidentifythecauseofshrinkage,

substantialeconomiclossesduetorework,anddisruptionofproductionschedulesaffectingproduct

delivery.Thispaperconductsextensiveon-siteexperimentsandinvestigationsfromvariousaspects

includingtheenvironment,materials,processes,andequipment.Itoutlinesspecificapproachesand

methodologiesforinvestigatingshrinkagedefects.Furthermore,itidentifiesthatsiliconerubber

powderfromfireproofclothcaninduceshrinkageandrevealedtheconditionsunderwhichitoccurs.
