摘要：科学技术是推动智慧农业发展的关键生产力。茶产业是我国农业领域的特色产业，存在规模不一、发展不

均的现状。随着智慧农业的发展，为进一步探索茶产业的科学发展道路，以大数据、物联网和人工智能等为代表的

数字化技术被应用于茶叶种植、加工、销售、溯源等过程，在一定程度上推动了茶业智能化发展的进程。本文着重

论述物联网技术在茶叶种植和六大茶类及花茶加工过程中的应用进展，最后针对物联网技术在茶产业应用中存在的

问题进行讨论，为后续将更多物联网技术融入茶产业提供一定的参考。
