摘要：针对在装配式建筑中电气预埋管、预埋盒、线管的敷设，建立机电系统BIM三维模型，根据线盒位置、线管走向等做深化设计，采用预

制和预埋相结合的安装方法，接线盒以及柔质线管在工厂制作叠合板时预制在内部，穿梁、楼板管线的孔洞在工厂预制时提前预留套管，现场预

埋管线根据BIM模型生成的预排敷设路径优化图进行施工，可为装配式建筑工程提供良好的借鉴与参考。

Abstract：Aimingatthelayingofelectricalembeddedpipes,embeddedboxesandconduitsin

prefabricatedbuildings,theBIMthree-dimensionalmodelofelectromechanicalsystemisestablished.The

detaileddesignismadeaccordingtothelocationofthejunctionboxandthedirectionoftheconduit.The

installationmethodofcombiningprefabricationandembeddingisadopted.Thejunctionboxandflexible

conduitareprefabricatedinside,throughthebeamTheholesoffloorpipelineshallbereservedwith

sleevesinadvanceduringfactoryprefabrication,andtheon-siteembeddedpipelineshallbeconstructed

accordingtotheprearrangedlayingpathoptimizationdrawinggeneratedbyBIMmodel,whichcanprovidea

goodreferenceforprefabricatedconstructionengineering.
