床垫结构对睡眠舒适性的试验分析

摘要：目前市场上的床垫结构多种多样，但床垫结构对睡眠舒适性的影响却没有一个较为科学的判断。为了探究

床垫结构对睡眠舒适性的影响，通过测试受试者在不同结构床垫下的体压分布，结合受试者各部位舒适性的主观

评价，分析不同结构床垫对人体各部位舒适性的影响；同时对受试者在不同结构床垫的睡眠情况进行监测，获取整

个睡眠周期的数据，分析床垫结构对睡眠舒适性的影响。结果表明：具有较好缓释层和支撑层的床垫结构，床垫舒

适性最好。其中，床垫硬度值在2.0左右的床垫具有较好的睡眠舒适性，而硬度值0.5的单层结构床垫和硬度值4

的多层结构床垫睡眠舒适性比较差。

Abstract：：Currently，avarietyofmattressstructuresareavailableonthemarket，yetthereisnoscientificconsensuson

theimpactofmattressstructureonsleepcomfort.Toinvestigatethisinfluence，thebodypressuredistributionofsubjects

wastestedundermattresseswithdifferentstructures，andcombinedwiththesubjectiveevaluationofcomfortforeach

bodypart，theeffectsofthesemattressesoncomfortwereanalyzed.Additionally，thesleepconditionofsubjectsusing

mattresseswithdifferentstructuresweremonitoredtoobtaindataacrosstheentiresleepcycleandtoanalyzetheimpact

ofmattressstructureonsleepcomfort.Theresultsindicatethatmattresseswithawell-designedslow-releaselayerand

supportlayerofferthebestcomfort.Specifically，mattresseswithahardnessvalueofapproximately2.0providesuperior

sleepcomfort，whereassingle-layermattresseswithahardnessvalueoflessthan0.5andmultilayermattresseswitha

hardnessvalueabove4exhibitpoorersleep
