设计总说明

本设计是根据南京晓庄学院下达的“课程设计任务书”进行的，题目是年产

10万吨牛肉干工厂设计，产品是牛肉干。

设计原则：1、符合经济建设的总原则：做精心设计、投资省、技术新、质

量好、收效快、回收期短。2、设计的技术经济指标以达到或超过国内同类型工

厂生产实际平均先进水平为宜。3、积极采用新技术，力求设计在技术上具有现

实性和先进性，在经济上具有合理性。4、必须结合实际，因地制宜，体现设计

的通用性和独特性相符合的原则，并留有适当的发展余地。5、贯彻国家食品卫

生有关规定充分体现卫生、优美、流畅并能让参观者放心的原则。6、设计工作

必须加强计划性、各阶段工作要有明确进度。

本设计主要包括生产工艺流程的设计、主生产车间平面的布置、管路布置、

全厂平面设计、物料衡算、设备选型、生活设施设计和技术经济分析。并用计算

机CAD绘制工艺流程图、车间平面图、车间剖面图、管路平面图和全厂总平面

图，编写设计说明书一份。

本设计在工艺设计、全厂布置、辅助设施等设计中尽量做到规范化、现代化

和连续化，对产品的安全设计严格符合国家标准。主要特点：1、工产工艺先进，

能有效的利用资源，整个车间布局整齐紧凑，尽量按流水线布局，结构清晰，人

流物流严格分开，符合卫生要求。2、采用清洁法生产，污水排放达到标准。3、

满足经济可行性、工业化生产的要求。
