BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性GABA-palmitamide是⼀种GABA能化合物。GABA-palmitamide对Apomorphine(HY-12723)诱导的刻板⾏

为具有剂量依赖性的双向调节作⽤：⾼剂量抑制运动⾏为，⽽低剂量则增强⼝腔刻板⾏为。GABA-

palmitamide可⽤于⾏为调节的研究。
