摘要

在建筑工程领域，施工验收阶段的质量管理面临着一系列核心问题及挑战，如验收资料不规范、验收程序混乱以及质量隐患难以有效排查等。这些问题不仅影响工程的最终质量，还关系到建筑行业的可持续发展。本研究旨在深入解决施工验收阶段质量管理中存在的具体问题，通过系统分析和研究，提出针对性的优化策略。强调建立健全的资料管理制度的重要性，确保验收资料的完整性和准确性，为工程质量追溯提供有力依据。规范施工验收程序，保证验收工作的公正性和客观性，避免质量问题的遗漏和误判。最后，提出强化质量控制措施，包括细化质量验收标准、提高验收门槛以及加强现场监督与检查等。

Abstract

Inthefieldofconstructionengineering,thequalitymanagementofconstructionacceptancestageisfacedwithaseriesofcoreproblemsandchallenges,suchasacceptancedataisnotstandardized,acceptanceproceduresarechaoticandqualityhiddendangersaredifficulttoeffectivelyinvestigate.Theseproblemsnotonlyaffectthefinalqualityoftheproject,butalsorelatetothesustainabledevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry.Thepurposeofthisstudyistodeeplysolvethespecificproblemsexistinginthequalitymanagementoftheconstructionacceptancestage,andproposetargetedoptimizationstrategiesthroughsystematicanalysisandresearch.Itemphasizestheimportanceofestablishingasounddatamanagementsystemtoensuretheintegrityandaccuracyofacceptancedataandprovideastrongbasisforengineeringqualitytraceability.Standardizetheconstructionacceptanceprocedure,ensurethefairnessandobjectivityoftheacceptancework,andavoidtheomissionandmisjudgmentofqualityproblems.Finally,itputsforwardthemeasurestostrengthenthequalitycontrol,includingrefiningthequalityacceptancestandard,raisingtheacceptancethresholdandstrengtheningtheon-sitesupervisionandinspection.
