摘要：在数字经济与人工智能深度融合的背景下，中小微企业新质发展面临技术应用壁垒高、资源整合效率低等挑战。

本文构建以数据智能为核心的促进平台，通过多维度信息处理与人工智能模型应用，系统性解决企业在新质生产力培育、产学

研协同过程中的关键问题。研究提出企业数字画像构建算法、技术成熟度评价模型等核心技术方案，为中小微企业高质量发展

提供理论支撑与实践路径。

【Abstract】：In the context of the deep integration of digital economy and artificial intelligence, the new quality

development of small and medium-sized enterprises faces challenges such as high technological application

barriers and low resource integration efficiency. This article constructs a promotion platform centered on data

intelligence, which systematically solves key problems for enterprises in the cultivation of new quality productivity

and the process of industry university research collaboration through multidimensional information processing
