年龄与颅脑损伤患者压力性损伤发生的相关性及

独立影响作用分析

摘要：目的目的分析颅脑损伤患者年龄与压力性损伤发生的关系，为降低颅脑损伤患者的压力性损伤提供参

考。方法方法采用便利抽样法，选取2022—2024年拉萨市某三甲医院重症医学科561例颅脑损伤患为调查对象，

通过医院信息系统，收集患者基本信息及疾病相关资料，对收集的资料采用Pearson相关性分析、单因素分析及

二元线性回归分析。结果结果最终561例颅脑损伤患者完成了基线和调查。二元线性回归分析结果显示，年龄、

Braden评分是颅脑损伤患者发生压力性损伤的独立影响因素，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。压力性损伤指

标与年龄呈正相关（r=0.142，P＜0.001）。结论结论颅脑损伤患者的年龄和压力性损伤的发生存在正相关。

AbstractObjectiveToanalyzethecorrelationbetweenageandincidenceofpressureinjuriesamongpatientswith

traumaticbraininjuries(TBI),thusprovidingreferenceforreducingtheirpressureinjuries.MethodsUsingconve‐

niencesamplingmethod,561TBIpatientsadmittedtoICUofanAAAhospitalinLhasafrom2022to2024werese‐

lectedasthestudyobject.Thebasicinformationanddisease-relateddataofTBIpatientswerecollectedviathehos‐

pitalinformationsystem.ThecollecteddataunderwentPearsoncorrelationanalysis,univariateanalysisandbivari‐

atelinearregressionanalysis.ResultsAtotalof561TBIpatientscompletedbaselineandfollow-upassessments.

BivariatelinearregressionanalysisrevealedthatageandBradenscorewereindependentinfluencingfactorsforthe

incidenceofpressureinjuriesamongTBIpatients,withstatisticallysignificantdifferences(P0.05).Pressureinjury

indicatorshowedapositivecorrelationwithage(r=0.142,P0.001).ConclusionThereisapositivecorrelationbe‐
