目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)与开腹胆囊切除术(OC)治疗胆囊炎的效果及术后胆管损伤发生的情况。方法选取我院2022年1月至2024年12月92例行手

【摘要】

术治疗的胆囊炎患者，根据手术方式不同分为OC组(45例)和LC组(47例)，观察两组手术指标、炎症水平和并发症发生情况。结果LC组术中出血量少于OC组，手

术、住院、肠鸣音恢复时间短于OC组(P0.05)；术后5d，LC组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显低于OC组(P0.05)；LC组总体并发症发生率明显低

于OC组(P0.05)。结论治疗胆囊炎使用LC更有利于患者术后恢复，减少炎症应激，虽然有一定胆管损伤风险，但总并发症发生率较低。
