新时代中国乡村公共精神重塑难题、

归因及实践路径

摘要乡村公共精神既是乡村社群成员公共意识的内核，又是乡村社会高质量发展的内生动力，

在推动乡村全面振兴过程中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。新时代中国乡村社会在主体缺位、机制偏差、

价值撕裂因素的负向叠加效应下，乡村公共精神日渐消。乡村基层组织可以从主体激活、机制优化、

内核重构三方面，通过激励多元主体共建“参与型”乡村文化，优化供给治理机制促进民俗技艺传承，

弘扬正向价值导向赋能乡村产业共同体，以重塑新时代中国乡村公共精神。

AbstractRuralpublicspiritservesasthecoreofthepublicconsciousnessofruralcommunitymembersand

anendogenousdrivingforceforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofruralsociety.Itplaysanindispensableandcrucial

roleinpromotingthecomprehensiverevitalizationofruralareas.Inthenewera,however,Chinasruralsocietyhas

seenthegradualerosionofpublicspiritduetothenegativecompoundingeffectsofabsentsubjects,institutional

biases,andfracturedvalues.Toreshaperuralpublicspiritinthenewera,thisstudyexplorespracticalpathsfrom

threeaspects:activatingsubjects,optimizingmechanisms,andreconstructingthecore,whichincludeencouraging

multiplesubjectstojointlybuildaparticipatoryruralculture,optimizingsupplygovernancemechanismsto

promotetheinheritanceoffolkartsandcrafts,andpromotingpositivevalueorientationtoempowerruralindustrial

communities.
