20xx关于做好五四表彰工作的通知(一)

各分团委、各团**：

过去的一年，我校各级团组织和广大团员青年在各级**组织的正确领导和指导下，紧密围绕学校育人中心工作，开展了一系列丰富多彩、行之有效的活动，在繁荣校园文化、引导和服务青年成长等方面取得了可喜的成绩，涌现出一大批优秀个人和先进集体。为进一步加强团的自身建设，树立先进典型，营造团内创先争优的浓厚氛围，现决定开展20xx年“五四”先进集体和优秀个人评选表彰工作。有关事项通知如下：

一、评选机构

评选活动在各级党组织的领导下，由各级团组织具体负责。学校由校团委组织牵头，组建评选委员会具体操作实施。

二、范围和对象

我校各分团委及其所属团**、校团委直属团**、在校的全日制学生团员、从事共青团工作的干部。

三、评选项目及名额分配方案

1、先进分团委，5个

以20xx年度分团委量化考核结果为依据，取考核前5名进行表彰，各分团委无需重新申报。

2、优秀分团委**，6名

20xx年度分团委量化考核前10名的分团委，其分团委**可申报参加本年度的“优秀分团委**”评选。

3、先进团**，20个

团员人数在1500人以内的分团委，每系申报1个先进团**，团员人数在1500到2500人的分团委，每系申报2个先进团**，团员人数在2500人以上的分团委，每系申报3个先进团**。
