摘要：目的：探究第18届健美操世锦赛混双前3名队伍难度编排特征，为我国混双项目训练提供参考。

果显示：（1)日本队以全场最高完成分（8.400分）夺冠，验证完成质量的核心地位；(2)B组（空中）难度占

比50%，聚焦俯撑类与纵劈腿类动作；(3)仅巴西队通过B666+B588

将低消耗A组动作布局后半程。结论：混双项目需以完成质量为前提，强化空中难度主导地位。建议：我

国运动员重点突破B组高难度俯撑动作稳定性，创新连接组合编排，提升C组“无支撑三依柳辛”等高价值

动作完成能力。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:Toinvestigatethedifficultycompositioncharacteristicsofthetopthreemixedpairsatthe

18thFIGAerobicGymnasticsWorldChampionships,providinginsightsforChinasmixedpairtraining.

METHODS:Utilizingliteraturereview,videoanalysis,mathematicalstatistics,andcomparativeanalysis,thisstudy

examinedthedifficultygroups,categories,andcompositionstrategiesofteamsfromJapan,Azerbajan,andBrazil

undertheFIG2022-2024CodeofPointsforAerobicGymnastics.RESULTS:(i)TeamJapansecuredvictory

withthehighestexecutionscore(8.400),confirmingtheprimacyofexecutionquality;(ii)GroupB(airborne

elements)constituted50%ofdifficultyelements,emphasizingplanchevariationsandverticalsplitelements;(ii)

OnlyBrazils“B666+B588connectioncombinationearneda0.1-pointbonus;(iv)Allteamsstrategically

positionedlow-energyGroupAelementsinroutinefinales.CONCLUSION:Mixedpairsshouldprioritize
